Terms of Service

Welcome to Slabsy. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Slabsy website and any services provided by Slabsy. By accessing our website or submitting a request for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

Slabsy provides operational infrastructure and support services for trading card game (TCG) businesses and creators, including but not limited to:

  • Streaming room rentals and production environments
  • Streamer partnerships and operational support
  • Inventory intake, management, and tracking
  • Order fulfillment, packing, and shipping coordination
  • Bulk grading submission facilitation (PSA, CGC, TAG, etc.)
  • Product preparation, wrapping, and collation
  • Inventory sourcing support
  • Business evaluation and operational advisory services

All services are provided on a selective, application-based basis and may vary by engagement.

2. No Instant Service or Guaranteed Access

Slabsy is not a self-service platform.

All engagements require:

  • Submission of a request
  • Internal evaluation of operational fit
  • Approval by Slabsy

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any request
  • Limit or scope services
  • Prioritize or defer engagements based on capacity

Submission of a request does not guarantee service access.

3. Service Agreements and Scope

Approved clients may be required to enter into a separate written agreement that defines:

  • Scope of services
  • Pricing and billing structure
  • Timelines and throughput expectations
  • Roles and responsibilities

If a separate agreement exists, it will govern the engagement. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement.

4. Facility Use (Streaming Rooms and On-Site Operations)

Where services involve use of Slabsy facilities (including streaming rooms or operational space):

You agree to:

  • Use the space and equipment responsibly
  • Follow all operational guidelines provided by Slabsy staff
  • Not damage, misuse, or modify equipment

Slabsy reserves the right to:

  • Supervise or manage operational workflows within its facilities
  • Remove access if conduct or usage is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with standards

Slabsy is not responsible for:

  • Personal items brought into the facility
  • Interruptions due to technical issues, power, or network instability

5. Inventory Handling and Custody

If you provide inventory to Slabsy for any service (including storage, submission, fulfillment, or handling):

You represent that:

  • You own the inventory or have full authority to transfer it
  • All information provided about the inventory is accurate

Unless otherwise defined in a written agreement:

  • Inventory handling involves inherent risk
  • Slabsy does not guarantee protection from all loss, damage, or delay
  • Chain-of-custody details may vary depending on service type

We strongly recommend:

  • Proper packaging prior to transfer
  • Insurance coverage where appropriate

6. Fulfillment and Shipping

For fulfillment and shipping services:

Slabsy may:

  • Pack, label, and coordinate shipments on your behalf
  • Utilize third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

You acknowledge:

  • Shipping carriers introduce risk outside Slabsy's control
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed
  • Loss, theft, or damage during transit may occur

Slabsy is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or failures
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the client

7. Grading Submissions

For grading submission services:

Slabsy may:

  • Prepare and submit items to third-party grading companies
  • Coordinate bulk submission workflows

You acknowledge:

  • Grading companies operate independently of Slabsy
  • Slabsy does not influence or guarantee grading outcomes
  • Turnaround times are determined entirely by the grading company

Slabsy is not responsible for:

  • Grading results
  • Delays, errors, or disputes with grading companies

8. Operational Decision-Making

In certain services, Slabsy may:

  • Execute workflows on your behalf
  • Make operational decisions within agreed scope
  • Coordinate logistics, sequencing, or processing

You agree that:

  • Slabsy may act in good faith to execute agreed services efficiently
  • Minor procedural variations may occur as part of real-world operations

9. Business Advisory and Evaluation Services

Any advisory, consulting, or evaluation services provided by Slabsy:

  • Are based on experience and operational judgment
  • Do not guarantee specific business outcomes

Slabsy does not guarantee:

  • Revenue growth
  • Profitability
  • Market performance

10. Payments and Fees

All fees will be defined in your service agreement or communicated prior to engagement.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Withholding of inventory or deliverables where permitted
  • Termination of the relationship

11. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Slabsy provides operational infrastructure and execution services only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Business performance or growth
  • Inventory resale success
  • Market demand or pricing
  • Operational outcomes beyond our direct control

12. Third-Party Services

Slabsy works with third parties including:

  • Grading companies
  • Shipping carriers
  • Equipment and service providers

We are not responsible for:

  • Their performance
  • Their delays
  • Their errors or outcomes

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Slabsy is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Market-related losses

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

14. Acceptable Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or exploit the site
  • Submit false or misleading information

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Slabsy or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
  • Use Slabsy branding without written consent

16. Termination

Slabsy may suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Operational risks or conflicts arise
