Wholesale CGC Slabs
Slabsy Wholesale CGC Slab Inventory Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern wholesale CGC slab inventory discussions, quotes, orders, and purchases through Slabsy. By requesting wholesale inventory, accepting a written quote, approving final order contents, or making payment to Slabsy, the buyer agrees to these terms in their entirety.

1. Overview of Service
- Slabsy offers contact-driven wholesale access to CGC-graded trading card inventory for qualified business buyers, including shops, streamers, repack builders, online sellers, event vendors, and collectibles companies.
- This service is not a live ecommerce store, public inventory feed, instant checkout workflow, or guarantee of access to any specific card, grade, language, era, quantity, or price.
- All inventory availability, lot contents, pricing, payment terms, shipping terms, and fulfillment timing are reviewed directly with the Slabsy team before an order is confirmed.
2. Buyer Eligibility and Order Minimums
- Wholesale CGC slab inventory is intended for business buyers and high-volume operators, not ordinary one-off collector purchases.
- Wholesale orders generally start at 500 CGC slabs unless Slabsy agrees to a different minimum in writing.
- Slabsy may accept, decline, limit, or prioritize wholesale requests based on buyer fit, available inventory, operational capacity, order size, and business considerations.
3. Inventory and Lot Contents
- Final order contents are defined by the written quote, invoice, order confirmation, or other written agreement accepted by both the buyer and Slabsy.
- Inventory may be organized by language, era, card type, category, grade range, resale format, or intended use. Availability changes as slabs are allocated, sold, received, or otherwise committed.
- Slabsy may propose lot mixes designed to reduce category clumping and better support the buyer's stated business use, but Slabsy does not guarantee resale performance, sell-through velocity, or future market demand.
4. Quotes and Pricing
- Wholesale pricing is determined case by case based on order size, inventory mix, market conditions, current availability, and buyer needs.
- Quotes are not binding until Slabsy and the buyer agree in writing to final order contents, price, payment terms, and any shipping or fulfillment terms.
- Unless a written quote states otherwise, Slabsy may revise or withdraw a quote before payment is received and before the order is confirmed.
5. Order Agreement and Payment
- Payment is due after Slabsy and the buyer agree to the final order contents, pricing, and applicable order terms.
- Slabsy will generally generate an invoice after order terms are agreed. Accepted payment methods may include ACH, PayPal, wire transfer, Zelle, or another method approved by Slabsy in writing.
- Full payment and cleared funds are required before Slabsy releases, ships, transfers, or otherwise fulfills wholesale inventory unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
- The buyer is responsible for payment accuracy, payment platform fees where applicable, bank or account information provided by the buyer, and any failed, reversed, delayed, or returned payments.
6. Ownership, Fulfillment, and Shipping
- Slabsy retains ownership and control of wholesale inventory until payment has cleared and the order is released under the agreed written terms.
- Shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, duties, carrier fees, special packaging, or other fulfillment charges may be quoted separately or included in the invoice, depending on the order.
- The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Slabsy is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or added costs caused by incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided information.
- Carrier risk, delivery timing, insurance availability, claim handling, and delivery scans may depend on the selected carrier and service level. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Slabsy is not responsible for carrier delays or failures outside Slabsy's control.
7. Inspection and Order Issues
- The buyer is responsible for promptly reviewing delivered inventory and notifying Slabsy in writing of any claimed shortage, incorrect item, material mismatch, or visible shipping issue.
- Unless the written order agreement states a different period, claims should be submitted within three business days after delivery confirmation.
- Slabsy may request photos, shipment records, packaging records, carrier documentation, or other supporting information before reviewing any claim.
8. No Resale or Market Guarantees
- Slabsy does not guarantee resale price, resale timing, customer demand, marketplace acceptance, product performance, future card values, or profitability for any wholesale lot.
- Any historical market data, category guidance, lot-building discussion, or resale-use discussion is informational and does not create a guarantee of business outcome.
9. Third-Party Grading Company
- CGC is an independent third-party grading company. Slabsy is not CGC and does not control CGC grading standards, labels, registries, population reports, turnaround times, or third-party systems.
- References to CGC identify the grading company associated with the slabs being discussed or sold and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or direct partnership unless separately stated in writing.
10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Wholesale orders are custom, volume-based business transactions. Once payment is received and fulfillment begins, cancellation, return, refund, or exchange requests are subject to Slabsy review and the applicable written order terms.
- Slabsy may cancel, reprice, delay, or decline an order before fulfillment if inventory becomes unavailable, payment fails, buyer information is inaccurate, fraud concerns arise, or operational issues prevent completion.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slabsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, speculative, market-related, or lost-profit damages arising from any wholesale inventory transaction.
- Slabsy's total liability for any wholesale order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer to Slabsy for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
12. General Provisions
- These terms, together with any written quote, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement issued by Slabsy, form the agreement for the wholesale transaction.
- Slabsy may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the wholesale program after updated terms are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
- Questions about wholesale CGC slab inventory should be submitted through the Slabsy contact form or sent to sales@slabsy.com.
